Meet Nicole | Owner of The Shade Studio

At The Shade Studio, we believe choosing window treatments should feel personal—not overwhelming. I’m Nicole, a nurse by trade who followed my lifelong passion for design.

In 2019, I became the owner of MGM Blinds & Shutters, a local window treatment business that had already been serving our community for many years. Today, as The Shade Studio, I’m proud to continue a tradition of more than 25 years of local service while bringing my own fresh, personalized approach to window design.

Family and community are a big part of who I am. My husband owns Earl’s Quality Transmissions here in New Smyrna Beach, and together we’ve raised our family in the community we love. As local business owners, we understand the importance of dependable service, lasting relationships, and taking care of our customers long after installation.

Whether you’re looking for motorized shades, plantation shutters, solar shades, blinds, woven shades or custom drapery, I’ll help you find the right solution for your home—without the guesswork.
